Sara Arnell
Chief Executive Officer
Sara Arnell was appointed CEO of Arnell Group in 2011. Previously, she spent 21 years directing brand and business strategy for the company’s clients. In her role, Sara manages the agency’s internal brand consulting group, directing consumer research, consumer insights and the development of business, brand and digital strategies which form a seamless bridge to Arnell Group’s advertising and design teams. Throughout her time at Arnell Group, Sara has been integral to the development of global brand positioning, communication platforms and innovation architecture for such clients as Jose Cuervo International, Revlon, GNC, PepsiCo, Mars, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.

Bill Visone
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Bill has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations and has been a member of the Arnell Group team for 10 years. Bill began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, managing some of the firm’s largest accounts, including CBS Broadcasting. He joined Omnicom in 2001, where he managed financial reporting and was instrumental in the negotiations of several key acquisitions.

Lee Teng Hsu
SVP, Chief Strategy Officer
Lee Teng manages the Arnell Group brand strategy and consumer insights team and supports all clients, which over the years have included PepsiCo, The Home Depot, Chrysler and GNC. Prior to joining Arnell Group, Lee Teng was a strategy consultant with Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting), where she led various business growth initiatives and marketing/branding projects. She has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business operations in both Asia and the U.S. Lee Teng has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and engineering degrees from Cornell and Stanford Universities.

Jeff Meier
SVP, Executive Creative Director
Throughout his 16+ years in advertising and design, Jeff has created comprehensive global and domestic campaigns in virtually every product category. His extensive experience spans all areas of branded communications, including print, TV, outdoor, digital and retail. At Arnell Group, he has led work on Samsung, Con Edison, Almay, Jose Cuervo, Fila, GNC, Martha Stewart and Belvedere Vodka. Prior to joining Arnell Group, he worked as a Senior Designer at Details magazine, a Condé Nast publication.

Michael Norton
SVP, Executive Creative Director
Michael works with both the creative and strategy departments to develop and execute creative platforms that drive every facet of a brand’s communication. During his 14 years at Arnell Group, he has worked on Almay/Revlon, GNC, Samsung, 3M, Jose Cuervo, Belvedere Vodka and Con Edison. Michael also served as a Creative Director of Brand Development at DDB New York, developing 360 communications for all agency clients including Hershey’s, CIGNA, Lipton Tea, Knorr and Philips. Prior to his career in marketing, Michael lived in Los Angeles where he worked as a writer in film and television.

Ronald Tsung
SVP, Group Account Director
After 10+ years of managing and leading consumer and business-to-business brands with an integrated approach which included interactive, media, direct marketing and design, Ron joined Arnell Group in 2010 to manage the Belvedere Vodka business. Previously, Ron was at Deutsch working on a range of accounts such as Tommy Hilfiger, Westin and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Bank of America, Tanqueray Gin, Grand Marnier, GNC and Prudential Securities. Employing his “always thinking two steps ahead” approach to account management, Ron has nurtured many strong client relationships across multiple categories with emphasis on luxury, lifestyle, financial and retail brands.

Tom Whitburn
SVP, Group Account Director
Tom brings extensive experience in account management on a broad range of businesses. Tom’s work at Arnell Group has included managing the GNC, Jose Cuervo, Tommy Hilfiger, Aramis/Estée Lauder, Movado and ESQ Swiss Watches accounts. Prior to Arnell Group, Tom worked with agencies on both the East and West Coasts, including Chiat Day, Ammirati & Puris, Hill Holliday and FCB. His clients have included Club Med, Infiniti Automobiles, AT&T and Citibank.
